by MR YONG QIN Visit Date:July 2, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Good, would be booking next time" | Perfect!!, February 25, 2010
by Michael Algren Eriksen Visit Date:February 19, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Nice hotel, a bit expencive but the rooms are big and they have a nice pool, great restaurant and are close to the beautiful west beach." | March 4, 2010
by Ran Asher Visit Date:February 19, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "First of all, there is no such thing as railay east or west. Its a 2 minute walk from one side to the other. The Princess is in a great location right in the middle which offers the proximity to the beach in the west and the restaurants and bars in the east. The room was great and so was the pool. Kind staff. We highly recommend." | February 16, 2010
by Christer Lundin Visit Date:February 13, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "No shelves. No cupboards. No internet on the hotel. It was bad that we had to go to your other hotel. You expect more from a hotel with that standard" | Booked at a reduced price which made the stay ok for the money. If we had payed full price it would have been overpriced for what it was worth., January 29, 2010
by Hanne Petersen Visit Date:January 25, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Room and bathroom facilities far from what we exspected and far from the pictures on the internet. Breakfast buffet very good and a friendly reception. Good servive with room cleaning and change of towells" | February 21, 2010 by Anne Line Pedersen Visit Date:January 25, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "We stayed in this beautiful little hotel for about a week. The staff was wonderful, good at english, and did everything they could to make us comfertable. We will come back soon. Nice clean, sevice okay." | Good, but too many emails about different stages of process, January 21, 2010
by Steve and Mon Visit Date:January 9, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "A good quality resort and good value for money. Staff helpful and friendly, but overall effect slightly spoiled by poor management. Lack of information in room (how to work TV, aircon etc). Lack of information about facilities; no one told us that Raily Beach is a sister hotel, where we could use pool, wifi etc free of charge. At our end of the hotel there had been some building work months ago; although the gardener swept up the leaves etc, no one seemed to think to include in his job description tidying up the building rubble. Nevertheless, we would consider going there again, if we come back to Raily." | January 8, 2010
| good service and nice for helps, November 12, 2009

Very close to all beaches. Large clean, comfortable rooms with aircon. Ok breakfast. Good, reasonably priced restaurant. Good swimmingpool. I can recommend this hotel." | November 10, 2008 by Noah Weiss Mor Visit Date:October 15, 2008 "We were little bit disapointed from the hotel. The location is not so good, and there is alot of constructions. For my opinion- go to onother hotel." | September 22, 2008 by Theodor Foerster Visit Date:September 12, 2008 "Hotel is good. The deal for the low season is pretty fair. However it is important to note, that currently constructions are going on, of which nothing is mentioned in the hotel information until you get your booking confirmation. The construction on the hotel next to RP lasts till Feb 09. The construction is busy all day, but was not that disturbing, as you might imagine. But still, if you want to sleep at a dead quiet spot, you might not want to stay at this resort." | Everything OK., July 28, 2008 by Samuel Cano Moreno Visit Date:July 16, 2008 "The location is nice, not far from the beach (actually it is impossible to be far from any beach at Railey). Facilities were great, lovely swimming-pool and garden. Rooms were not properly maintained: needed cleaning, dirty carpet, little stink. Hotel staff did not speak English very well." | No problems., March 30, 2008 by Isabel guzman Visit Date:February 19, 2008 "Very nice cleen rooms and a lovely pool.I liked it!" | Great!, February 19, 2008 by Erin Greenwood Visit Date:February 11, 2008 "We booked this hotel because it was one of the last ones on Railay Beach that was available. We were disappointed with the hotel. The rooms were clean but there is construction going on right beside the hotel from 8:00 in the morning until around 5 or 6 at night. It is very loud and disruptive. This wasn t our biggest complaint though. Princess Railay Resort had some of the worst staff that we have encountered in Thailand or in South East Asia for that matter. There were piles of dirty sheets and towels lying around everywhere. The maid hadn t cleaned our room by 4:00 in the afternoon and there always seemed to be plenty of staff hanging around talking to one another but very little work being done. We went to get pool towels at 10:00 in the morning and they were already out because they hadn t washed the dirty ones from the night before. Someone brought us some room towels but I suspect they were dirty ones because they were covered in disgusting stains. I know this is being kind of nit-picky but the trash cans around the hotel grounds were rarely emptied and were often overflowing with garbage. The garbage can by the pool wasn t emptied for 3 days even though the pool attendent spent 99% of his day just sitting behind the counter doing nothing at all. Again this shows little attention to detail and laziness on behalf of the staff just sitting around. I feel I am being overly negative so I will say some positives too. Railay Beach is BY FAR the nicest beach in Krabi (especially compared to Ao Nang). So if you are looking for relatively cheap accomodation near the beach then Railay Princess isn t a bad option. The pool is nice and most rooms have a big balcony that overlooks the pool and the gorgeous jungle scenery. Just don t expect the usual friendly and efficient type of service that Thailand is so famous for." | Hotels & Resorts RecommendDestination:Bangkok Location:Sukhumvit Road, Soi 08 Address:77 Sukhumvit Soi 8 Sukhumvit Rd.
